My product has a fault, what should I do?Updated 10 months ago

Product Damaged: If your product is damaged in transit, please use the Contact Us option in the Help Center to open a support ticket with our team as soon as possible, providing details of the issue with your product (please include photos of the damage where possible), along with your order number. 

Product Fault: if you believe your newly received product is faulty, please follow the steps below:

  1. Check this Help Center for a setup video for your product and double check that you have assembled it as shown in the video and instruction manual.
  2. Check the Troubleshooting articles in this Help Center to see if there is an article about your issue.
  3. If neither of the above apply/resolve your issue please contact our support team immediately by using the Contact Us option in the Help Center to open a support ticket.

Missing Parts: If your products arrives with parts missing (that are shown in the instruction manual), please use the Contact Us option in the Help Center to open a support ticket with our team as soon as possible, providing details of the parts you are missing parts.
