My discount code doesn't work, what do I do?Updated 3 months ago

Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers, such as 'Sale' items, 'Deals' items and team discounts, spare parts or gift cards. Please first check that you are not trying to use a coupon on an item that has already been discounted. 

If the above does not apply to the item/s you are trying to purchase, and your code is within the expiry date (if applicable), please use the Contact Us option in the Help Center to open a support ticket with our team BEFORE you make a purchase. We are not able to retroactively apply a discount to an order after it has been placed.
