I'm a sales tax exempt organization, how do I place an order?Updated 9 months ago
If you are a sales tax exempt organization, you can make a sales tax free purchases with us.
We provide sales tax exemption purchases to eligible institutional customers, such as colleges, schools and school districts, US Government and charities only. This does to extend to resellers / retailers.
If you qualify simply email [email protected] with a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate, organization name, address and the email you would like associated with your account purchases. We can then verify your details BEFORE you place an order with us and ensure that all future purchases you make with us are sales tax free.
Please note we cannot retroactively refund sales tax if you have already placed an order.
If you require a copy of our IRS W9 form please let us know and we can email this to you too.
Need a quote before you buy?
If you need your Finance Team to approve a purchase before you buy you can now easily create a quote via the shopping cart.
Simply add items to the Shopping Cart like you would when making a purchase. When you are ready, go to the Shopping Cart, enter your email address, postal/zip code and select 'Create Quote' and a quote will be emailed to you. It's that simple.
From the quote pdf there will be a buyable link for you to complete the purchase through our website. If you organisation only pays by check, please complete the form on this page to sign up for our Partnership Program here and request check payment terms.
