QUICKPLAY offers a 30-day returns policy for items that are new, unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team and provide:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The quantity being returned (if your order contains multiple items)
- A brief reason for the return
- Confirmation that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
We may also ask for photos of the product packaging to help verify the condition of the item before authorizing the return.
Please note that returns are not automatically approved. If an item has been opened, assembled, used, or is no longer in its original condition, it may not be eligible for return under our standard returns policy. However, our team will review each request individually and advise on the available options.
Our returns policy is designed to help reduce unnecessary waste. Unlike some consumer goods, sports equipment often cannot be resold as new once opened or used, which can result in returned products being discarded.
