Yes, within 15 minutes of placing your order. In that time you can edit your shipping address, change the quantity of the items you ordered, update your contact details, or cancel your order.

You will find the edit order options on the confirmation page shown straight after you order, and in the Orders section of your account. You can reach your account with the 'View your order' button in your order confirmation email.

After 15 minutes, you can no longer change or cancel your order through self-service. Contact our support team to request a cancellation or amendment. An agent will check whether your order is still unfulfilled and review whether the requested change can be made. Changes are not guaranteed. If you no longer want the order, you can also follow our 30 Day Returns Policy to request a return and refund.
