Within 15 minutes of placing your order, you can use the order confirmation page, the View your order button in your order confirmation email, or the Orders section of your account to edit your shipping address, change the quantity or contact details, or cancel the order yourself.

You will find the edit order options on the confirmation page shown straight after you order, and in the Orders section of your account. You can reach your account with the 'View your order' button in your order confirmation email.

After 15 minutes, you can no longer cancel or change your order through self-service. Contact our support team to request a cancellation. An agent will check whether your order is still unfulfilled and review whether it can be canceled. Cancellation is not guaranteed. If you no longer want the order, you can also follow our 30 Day Returns Policy to request a return and refund.
